To change the date of your event (postpone), navigate from your event dashboard to Setup > Dates and click Edit next to your event details.
- Then change the event’s start and end date/time and click “Save”.
- Once you have changed the date, an automatic email will be sent to attendees notifying them of the event date change.
- Contact your attendees via the email centre feature to explain why you have postponed the event and what ticket purchasers should do if they cannot attend the new date (see "Emails & Newsletters (Email Centre) - How do I send my attendees important event information/event marketing newsletters?").
