• To view all your event’s tickets sales, please navigate to the event dashboard and select Income & Sales > Sales & Revenue.


  • From here you can view,
        • The customer’s date/time of purchase

        • Customer’s Name

        • No. of Tickets Purchased

        • Purchase outlet (Website/Comp’d)    

        • The payment type (Card/Cash)

        • Payment code    

        • No.  tickets refunded

        • Any requests on the purchase (i.e. food options, accessibility assistance).    

        • No. tickets returned    

                                            


      • The panel underneath the customer purchase information allowed you to view the following totals of your event;

          • Tickets sold

          • Tickets Comp’d

          • Tickets Returned

          • Tickets Total

          • Income

          • Refunds

          • Website Income

          • Box Office Card Income

 

      • Top tip! - To cancel or refund a customer's order, click “View” next to their order.
