Greenwich Market Grotto / Danson House - How do I exchange my tickets to another date/time slot?


Please note that some organisers set a cut off period for exchanges. If unsure, please contact support@citizenticket.co.uk 


N.B: Tickets can only be exchanged by the original purchaser.


All exchanges are subject to availability.


  1. To exchange your ticket, please sign in to your Citizen Ticket account - https://www.citizenticket.co.uk/signin/ and go to "Purchases" > "Ticket Wallet".  

 


  1. Click the blue "Exchange” button on the ticket you want to change and then you will be re-directed to the “Ticket Exchange'' tool. Please note that for this event you need to exchange each ticket one by one.



Alternatively, on the “Receipts” tab, you can pick your relevant receipt ID then on the right hand side, click on "Exchange dates” on the “Options” dropdown menu..



 

  1. For Greenwich Market Grotto / Danson House Grotto, please do each exchange one by one. You can do this by unticking the boxes like below:


                             


After unticking the boxes, you can start exchanging the tickets one by one:



  1.  Click the blue "Find eligible dates" button.



  1. Choose your new date on the calendar widget (Here I have picked 9th December again as I just want to change my timeslot to 4:05pm). After clicking the relevant date, then click the new timeslot that you want. Please note that this picture is not reflective of the actual availability. 







  1. Add/type the correct amount of tickets in the box you have, to match the amount exchangeable. It will say “Exchangeable x 1” so just move the small arrow to say "1".


  1. Confirm your booking by clicking the blue "Exchange tickets" button and your ticket wallet will update with the new date/timeslot (your updated ticket wallet will be sent to your email).

  • Note - If you exchange your timeslot / date and you have already answered custom questions set by the organiser, you will be prompted to answer the questions again.
