How to scan in a customer without a ticket wallet 


If a customer doesn't have their ticket wallet, you can still check them in by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on "Attendees" on the scanner page. 

  2. Use the search bar to find the customer by typing in their name.

  3. Once you find the correct name, select it.

  4. Click "Admit" to let the attendee in.
