How do I fill in / change my Ticket Answers?

To fill in or change your answers for your purchased ticket(s), please sign in to your account and go to your initials in the top right corner > Purchases (click here for our guide on how to sign in).



Your ticket(s) will show under your ticket Wallet QR code and the number signifies how many tickets you have. If you have booked several events, they will be in a list in your wallet. The QR code (Black square with white dots) holds information for all of your tickets.


Click on the blue "My Answers" button and you will be redirected to the ticket answers page.


On this page you can fill in or amend your ticket answers accordingly, once completed, click on the blue "Next" button to save your answers.
