Dates - How do I change ticket sales to stop at the event start time instead of the end time?

To change ticket sales to end at your event’s start time, navigate to your event dashboard and click “Setup” > “Dates”.

• Under "Ticket sales will stop at the end times for this event", click “Use start times instead”. 

• If you need to swap tickets sales to end at the end time, repeat this action by clicking “Use end times instead”.  

• The sales end date can also be extended for a past event e.g to continue watch again sales after a livestream. Click on the date on the calendar > Edit > Change End date > Save.

• Click the blue button "SAVE" to ensure these changes are recorded.
