To change ticket sales to end at your event’s start time, navigate to your event dashboard and click “Setup” > “Dates”.
- Under "Ticket sales will stop at the end times for this event", click “Use start times instead”.
- If you need to swap tickets sales to end at the end time, repeat this action by clicking “Use end times instead”.
- The sales end date can also be extended for a past event e.g to continue watch again sales after a livestream. Click on the date on the calendar > Edit > Change End date > Save.
- Click the blue button "SAVE" to ensure these changes are recorded.
