The Citizen Identity feature helps to make events safer and more secure by verifying that ticket holders are real fans and touts.
It prevents unwanted ticket resales, allows you to know who’s in attendance, and can remove the need for ID check at entry.
To activate Citizen ID for your event, navigate from your event dashboard to Setup > Tickets > “Edit”
Click the “Advanced Options” menu and then select the checkbox “Require Citizen Ticket Identity to transfer tickets” under “BitTicket Blockchain”.
Don't forget to click the blue “Save Changes” button.
Now your ticket holders will be required to add Citizen identity to transfer their tickets.
If you want to allow customer to transfer tickets to non account holders, activate the checkbox " Allow customers to transfer tickets to people without an account."
