To hide a ticket for internal use or to set up a ticket type in advance before releasing for sale, navigate from your event dashboard to Setup >Ticket > Edit > Advanced Options.

  • When created, this ticket type will only be available to issue via “Box Office”.
  • Useful if you want to sell pre-sale tickets to "Friends & Family" or "Members" before selling to the general public.

  • Select the checkbox under “Hidden ticket” and “Save Changes”.

  • You can then issue this type of ticket via the “Box Office”.
