Continue Shopping - How do I allow customers to continue shopping for tickets to events on my organiser profile?
If you want your customer to be able to shop for multiple events at the same time under your organiser account (i.e. festival with multiple events) you can activate the “Continue Shopping” button to display on your "Buy tickets" form.
Click on the “Events” button on the left-hand main panel.
Select the Dashboard of the event you want to check.
Click "Setup".
Click "Continue Shopping".
Select the checkbox under “Continue Shopping”.
Click ”Save”.
Your customers will now be able to add multiple tickets to their basket from the current event they're browsing, as well as all events under your organiser profile (clicking the link under “Continue shopping?”).
